Dipping
Oil!
Use extra-virgin olive oil. You
don't have to use the most expensive one you can find, just a nice fruity
oil. You can also try flavored oils. My very favorite right now is Agrumato
pressed with lemons or tangerines (the tall bottles pictured below).
It's kind of pricy ($13 - $15), but so so yummy. When you consider it's
the price of a bottle of wine or a couple six-packs, it seems like a
pretty good deal. If you throw all the extra herbs on a big platter
with several

your choice of: salt & pepper, fresh or dried herbs, crushed
red pepper, lemon
bread
- Pour oil onto a plate or shallow bowl.
- Flavor with your choice of herbs & spices. Even just salt
& pepper is fine.
- Serve with bread.
