Herbed Goat Cheese!

If you think you don't like goat cheese, try it again. You'll probably change your mind. If you still need a little persuading, try mixing half goat cheese and half cream cheese. Even the sissiest eaters like the mixture. If you can't find packaged crostonis, use good bread or crackers. A cute plate and a few extra sprigs of herbs and some lemon slices finish your dish.

Goat cheese
Rosemary
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Lemon
Crostonis

  1. Mince rosemary.
  2. Squeeze lemon over cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with herbs, salt & pepper.
  4. Serve with crostonis. Voila!

If you're a control freak, you could also prepare a tray of individual crostonis, each garnished with a few whole rosemary needles. The result will be lovely, but unless you're a speed demon, you won't make the 5-minute limit.
